Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping involves costs, as all return parcels must be sent to our central warehouse.

Can I return my order?
Yes.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described, OR
- You would like to return it under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, AND
- You contact our team within 30 days and provide clear photo evidence of the item’s condition.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued for parcels that are still in transit. The guarantee applies only once delivery has been completed.

Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.
- Be shipped back within 14 days after our team approves your return request.
- Be in clean, unworn condition
- Include proof of purchase (order number, name, and email).
Please note that we may not be able to accept a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or an error was made on our part.
All returns must be sent to our warehouse — please do not return items to the sender’s address.
Any customs fees, import duties, or handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
We may review cases carefully where there are concerns about misuse or fraudulent claims.

- Customer errors (wrong size, colour, or incorrect address entered).
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Our system begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast dispatch, which means cancellations are not possible. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us at info@leanne-co.com with your order details.

- Order number
- Full name
- Delivery address
- Reason for the return
- Photo(s) of the product (for defects/damage)
Once reviewed, we will provide the correct return address and next steps.
Please wait for approval before sending any return parcel.

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or video.
Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge or provide an appropriate refund.
